About Me

I am a consultant in etiquette, public relations and travel. Currently, I work as the programme director at Kensington School of Etiquette and Manners in London. I became a trainer in 1995.

I love reading, cooking, and interior decorating, and I love to share with people how to live an elegant life. My book 'Etiquette with Ziki' was published in Hong Kong in 2020.
